Hotel Hoheneck

200 years ago, Hotel Hoheneck welcomed pilgrims on their spiritual journeys to the monastery in Engelberg. Today we are a cosy Swedish-owned hotel in the centre of Engelberg and a fun meeting place for skiers, conferences, villagers, mountaineers and music lovers.

We are open all year round just like the mountain. Did you know that you can ski from October to May in Engelberg? When the snow is gone, there are plenty of other activities; hiking, paragliding, golf, climbing and via ferrata, and of course downhill cycling, which is growing every year. Engelberg is simply a perfect place to be if you enjoy outdoor activities. We look forward to sharing our experiences and gems with you.
